Two balls are thrown into the air alternately and caught with one hand each. The player’s gaze must follow two targets at different heights, something that no single-ball exercise requires.
Key points
- The second ball is thrown before the first one is caught.
- Each hand holds its own ball; do not cross your hands.
- Three sets of thirty seconds.
Common mistakes
- Looking at each ball in turn instead of keeping both in view.
- Throwing both to the same height, which removes the difficulty.
