- Prescription
- 5 × 4 footballs · 75 s restabout 8 min
- Players
- 3 minimum
- Equipment
- Football, Cones
Four passes thrown in succession along a line of cones, each at a different angle, without ever stopping your run. The next pass is thrown before the previous one is released.
Key points
- One ball, one look: don't look for the next one until you're done.
- Running speed remains constant from the first to the fourth.
- Five sets of four passes.
Common mistakes
- Anticipating the next ball and dropping the one you have.
- Synchronized throwers instead of staggered ones, which eliminates the sequence.
