Stutter Go
- Prescription
- 6 × double moves · 60 s restabout 8 min
- Players
- Solo
- Equipment
- Cones (recommended)
A double move in two beats. Place a cone (or any other marker: bottle, bag) six yards in front of you to stand in for the defender. You run at medium speed and, as you approach the cone, you throw in a stutter: short, low, quick steps, as if you were about to break. The stutter has to look like your real break. Then you go deep at full speed, head down on the first steps of the go, and only then look for the ball. Six reps.
