Three one-handed moves, alone, with a ball, as in the video. One: the “ball stabs.” You hold the ball in front of you, toss it a few dozen centimeters and take it back with one hand, stabbing at it, several times in a row. Two: kneeling, you throw the ball over your shoulder and catch it behind you with one hand. Three: standing, you send the ball to the side and catch it with one hand, on one side then the other. Three sets of ten per side.
Key points
- The hand goes to get the ball, it doesn’t wait for it.
- Fingers spread, ball squeezed from the moment of contact.
- Both hands work equally.
Common mistakes
- Pressing the ball against your body to save it.
- Working only your good hand.
